HR Technical Recruiter

We have experienced significant, rapid growth and as a result, are looking to expand our team. We are looking to add a highly-motivated HR Technical Recruiter to our team.

We specialize in custom web-based applications, CRM/Intranets and IT support. We focus on combining unique, eye-catching design, effective functionality and our proprietary CRM to offer our clients true end-to-end business workflow, website and IT solutions. Combining these strategic solutions within our company gives us an advantage over the competition.

The objective of this position is to assist and manage full candidate life-cycle from applicant resume review through coordination of the offer conversation.

HR Technical Recruiter responsibilities are ensuring all steps are completed in the regular staff recruiting/hiring process including following a sourcing plan that will warrant a diverse candidate pool; provide guidance to hiring managers to determine appropriate classification, title, compensation elements of the job posting and appropriate interviewing process; post job posting, screen applicants, set disposition and prepare job offer; supporting diversity, equity and inclusion processes, programs and activities. This is mostly a telecommute position with some onsite interviews.

Required Skills:

General recruiting experience including sourcing, internet searching, compensation negotiation, scheduling interviews and networking via social media (LinkedIn,etc.)

Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects from inception to completion.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reporting skills

General office operations

Desired Skills:

A general understanding of IT concepts and skill sets (IT Consulting, Software development) is preferred
