Office Manager Assistant / Account Manager-Operations

We have experienced significant, rapid growth and as a result, are looking to expand our team. We are looking to add a highly-motivated office manager assistant/operations person to our team.

We specialize in custom web-based applications, CRM/Intranets and IT support. We focus on combining unique, eye-catching design, effective functionality and our proprietary CRM to offer our clients true end-to-end business workflow, website and IT solutions. Combining these strategic solutions within our company gives us an advantage over the competition.

The objective of this position is to assist with routine duties to manage the business including some accounting, HR, and managing client relations.

We are a highly-functional team whose members are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve common goals. The candidate must be very organized, driven, flexible, intuitive, and capable of operating under a number of time sensitive situations. A strong analytical sense and knowledge of business in general will play a large part.

Office management: Responsibilities relating to office management will include accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, timesheet review and invoicing, monthly finance reporting, social media management, human relations (assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including phones, email setup), training, and other office management duties.

Account Management/Operations: This is a customer service position that will be assigned as the point person to the client. (A Non-technical person that makes sure communication is clear with customers and project managers. Responsibilities relating to operations have to do a lot of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance. Duties will include assisting project managers, application developers, IT technicians and consultants. Client interaction and satisfaction will be an important part of this position.

This position requires the ability to perform at various levels of client interaction with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Part time contracting of approximately 30 hours a week with the potential for more. This will be a telecommuting position with some onsite meetings.
Rate is $16 per hour

General office operations
Software/Product training
