This configurator allows for the CRM user to be guided through the quoting process. Depending on the client requirements, the CRM user selects many different configurations of a roof for commercial buildings. Selections such as type of roof, additional features such as vents or skylights, and even any rental equipment needed to complete the quote for installation. Once the CRM user reaches the end of the wizard, a quote is generated with all the products and labor details in the wizard to output a customer-ready quote.

This configurator details the entire life cycle of adding a new client into a custom application. Once an Account and Opportunity are generated, the user creates a quote to customer specifications. The estimator can manually create each room, or draw the rooms using a drawing feature to minimize the effort. Both will create the rooms with necessary trim and accessories required to complete the build. Additional items like floor panels, or add-ons can be added depending on the requirements. Once the user is satisfied with the quote they navigate to the reports section which includes several reports both for internal and external users review.
